Match Review MFLCC F2 | PDRM FC 0-4 Selangor FC | The Red Giants Conquer The Cops


The Selangor FC squad is officially the 2024/24 MFL Challenge Cup Champion after successfully scoring 4-0 against PDRM FC in the Final 2 match with an aggregate score of 7-0 at the MBPJ Stadium, Kelana Jaya yesterday.

The first half of the Final 2 match yesterday started with Ali Olwan's opening goal, finishing off Ronnie Fernandez's pass as early as the 4th minute. Shortly after that, Ronnie Fernandez again made a very exciting pass that fell right to Yohandry Orozco's feet in the 10th minute. Ronnie Fernandez continued to perform brilliantly, after he assisted two goals, in the 30th minute it was his turn to score a goal after Quentin Cheng passed the ball in the air, Ronnie continued to make a run and headed the ball in, putting Selangor FC three goals ahead. PDRM FC was no less great, they still gave a difficult match, many attempts were able to put the Red and Yellow squad in a dangerous situation. Many substitutions were made in the second half, with the addition of Khuzaimi Piee, Mukhairi Ajmal, Zikri Khalili, Faisal Halim and Izwan Yuslan adding energy to the team. In the 80th minute of the match, Faisal Halim sent the ball to the right side of the field to Mukhairi Ajmal, then Mukhairi continued to send the ball in the middle of the box and Yohandry Orozco with the skills he possesses, put the ball into the opponent's goal. The match ended with a result of 4-0 (7-0 on aggregate).

Katshuhito Kinoshi, Head Coach of Selangor FC, was happy with this victory, and congratulated and thanked everyone.
